to conduct research to identify a select group of real estate agents who are

A survey was provided to recent homebuyers who purchased a
home over $100,000 within an eight to 36-month period (depending on the market
size). Respondents
were asked to evaluate real estate agents with whom they have worked based
on a list of criteria.
